This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the use of digital materials that can be downloaded from the Autopramie website, such as product catalogues (PDF), technical drawings, and product photos ("Materials"). By downloading or using the Materials, you agree to the terms below.
License grant
Autopramie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Materials as a reference for choosing, buying, installing, operating, and maintaining Autopramie products, including by authorized dealers and service centres for sales and service purposes.
Restrictions
- Do not sell, rent, or redistribute the Materials for commercial purposes other than selling and servicing Autopramie products.
- Do not modify the Materials and present them as official Autopramie documents.
- Do not remove logos, trademarks, or copyright notices from the Materials.
- Do not use the Materials to create or market imitation products.
Ownership
The Materials remain the property of Autopramie or its licensors. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
No warranty
The Materials are provided as is for information purposes. Specifications may change, so please confirm critical technical details with an authorized dealer or service centre.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA. After it ends, you must stop using and delete any copies of the Materials.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. General terms for using the website are set out in the Terms & Conditions.
